Effective reliability planning and implementation

Aspects of reliability planning in connection with the production of ECM equipment are considered, taking into account the prototype phase of the reliability program, the reproduction phase, production and deployment phases, and the reliability improvement warranty. Attention is given to internal controls, subcontractor control, internal design reviews, aspects of system developments, component screening, semiconductor and integrated circuit screening, subcontractor device screening, and equipment burn-in requirements.
