Development of the high-speed wide-angle waiting-type camera VSFK-5
Abstract
The optical design of a high-speed wide-angle waiting-type camera designed for the photography of transient processes in the infrared and visible range is described. The camera has the following technical characteristics: a focal distance of 120 mm, a frame size of 22 x 16 mm, 56 frames, a relative aperture of 1:20, a shooting frequency of 22,000 to 264,000 frames/s, and a resolution of 20-25 lines/mm. It can be used to measure mechanical displacements in the range: 150-200 x 10 to the 14th mm, velocities of 25 m/s to 7.5 x 10 to the 3rd m/s, and brightness temperature of 2000 K to 100 x 10 to the 3rd K.
