Zur hydrodynamischen Stoffübergangshemmung durch Adsorptionsschichten an flüssig/flüssig-Phasengrenzen
Abstract
The investigation is concerned with the problem of an inhibition of the mass transfer between liquid phases by means of surface-active components. The investigation has the objective to show that transfer measurements in cells in which the liquid is agitated by stirring can be used for a complete phenomenological investigation of transfer inhibition. A cell described by Nitsch et al. (1973) is used. The employed approach makes it possible to study different flow conditions for the same system.
