Characteristics of Raman scattering by coherent polaritons and phonons
Abstract
Spontaneous Raman scattering by coherent polaritons generated during the lasing process with powerful biharmonic pumping at the slip frequency (active spectroscopy of Raman scattering by polaritons) is studied theoretically under conditions of deviation from the given pumping field. It is shown that the scattering intensity is strongly affected by the spatial phase distribution of a coherent polariton wave. Spontaneous Raman scattering by coherent photons excited due to monochromatic pumping is also analyzed.
