Numerical solution to the problem of diffraction on an infinite multi-layer grating /The method of nonorthogonal series/
Abstract
The modified method of nonorthogonal series is used to obtain a numerical solution to the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction on an infinite multi-layer grating of cylinders. The electromagnetic wave is considered as plane, E-polarized with a single amplitude and at an arbitrary incidence angle to the grating. Expressions are obtained for amplitude and phase of the diffracted electromagnetic field in the far and near zones.
