Measurements and calculations of air and temperature distributions in a simple stacked box system
Abstract
Measurements and calculations were performed on a system of ventilated stacked boxes in the framework of a climate control research project. The measurements served to verify the calculations, which were carried out using the Bertem computer program, a program for the calculation of stationary or nonstationary temperature distributions for one, two, or three-dimensional body configurations. There is good agreement between the measured and the calculated results.
