Heat exchanger fabrication by bonding wire screens into low conductivity
Abstract
The objective was to demonstrate the feasibility of manufacturing compact heat exchangers by bonding wire screens into low conductivity (i.e. plastic) material and to use the manufacturing techniques to manufacture a set of compact, high-performance, cryogenic heat exchangers suitable for integration into a Claude cycle refrigeration system.
