On electron beam initiation of a hydrogen fluoride laser
Abstract
The effect of beam current density on the chemical efficiency of a laser using a hydrogen and fluorine mixture is investigated. The possibility of reducing the current density of the initiating beam while retaining high values of chemical and technical efficiency is explored.
