International System Safety Conference, 2nd, San Diego, Calif., July 21-25, 1975, Proceedings
Abstract
Attention is given to the impact of new technology on rapid transit operations, Space Shuttle payload safety, and KSC Shuttle payload ground safety requirements. Also considered are the application of fault tree graphics to system safety, radiation hazards analysis, human error analysis using fault tree graphics, and sneak circuit analysis of military systems. Safety concepts and innovations of the B-1 Bomber, system safety for the Utility Tactical Transport Aircraft System, and safety in the Advanced Attack Helicopter are also discussed. Individual items are announced in this issue.
