The natural frequency of a spherical bubble in a finite volume of liquid
Abstract
The equation of motion for a bubble in a finite volume of liquid was led, and then the equation of the natural frequency of the bubble was obtained. By the numerical calculations, the effect of the ratio, xi, of the volume of bubble to the liquid volume on the natural frequency of the bubble was numerically obtained, and it was found that the natural frequency increases with decreasing of value of xi.
