On the turbulent Couette flow, with adverse pressure gradient to cause zero net flow
Abstract
The case of turbulent plane Couette flow with zero net flow was studied by using analytical results and imposing the condition that the mean velocity be zero. The pressure gradient, the friction coefficients on the two surfaces and pressure distribution were obtained and the comparisons with experimental data were made.
