Die Struktur aktiver Gebiete in der Sonnenatmosphäre, abgeleitet aus kombinierten Interferometer und Einzelantennen-Messungen
Abstract
Two radiation processes proposed in connection with observations of the slowly variable component of solar radiation in the cm-wavelength range are considered. The gyromagnetic process predominates according to investigations conducted by Kakinuma and Swarup (1962). However, Shimabukuro et al. (1973) have shown that the increased radiation can be explained on the basis of the magnetoionic process. Attention is given to the significance of experimental observations in an evaluation of the validity of the proposed concepts. It is found that the magnetoionic radiation predominates usually. The gyroradiation becomes significantly more important in the case of hot nuclei with radiation temperatures above 1,000,000 K.
