Les parallaxes dynamiques
Abstract
A general survey on the various kinds of dynamical parallaxes is given, as well as an intercomparison of the methods used today for the computation of the orbital and nonorbital ones. The methods of RussellMoore and of BaizeRomani are especially discussed and compared in the case of orbital parallaxes. Between the three methods known for computing the nonorbital parallaxes, the method of Russell is shown to be the most efficient one. The terminology is discussed and proposals are made. Nonlinearity of the massluminosity relation does not complicate the present mathematical process used for computing dynamical parallaxes, orbital or nonorbital ones.
