Four-color uvby photometry for bright O to G0 type stars south of declination +10 .
Abstract
Four-colour uvby photometry has been done for nearly all stars fainter then V= , earlier than G1 and south of 6= + 10 in the "Catalogue of Bright Stars". In table 2 V magnitudes and four-colour indices (by) m1 and C1 for 2771 stars are given. The catalogue is on the Crawford - Barnes standard system. The rms errors of one observation are , O ()()5, and O ! 8, respectively. The catalogue is compared with ten other four colour catalogues, with which we have a substantial number of stars in common. Key words: bright stars - uvby photometry - V photometry
