Chapter 3: Evaluation of the efficiency and prediction of the characteristics of radio electronic systems of marine objects, part 1
Abstract
A mathematical treatment was given of the ways in which the efficiency of radio electronic systems may be evaluated. The application of analytical and statistical mathematical modelling to the basic criteria of efficiency were first demonstrated. Methods for evaluating the overall efficiency of marine objects were then discussed, followed by a more specific study of marine radio electronic systems. Formulas and charts were then presented for the prediction of characteristics of radio electronic systems.
