Some advances in pulse Doppler processing
Abstract
This paper describes Pulse Doppler Radar techniques, which permit range and velocity ambiguity resolution to be performed during the time-on-target of a single look. The method makes use of fast changes in pulse repetition frequency switching, without generating unacceptable levels of spectrum spreading from clutter. Adaptable filter and integration methods are described, which process the signal without loss whilst resolving the range and velocity ambiguities.
