A onedimensional wavy temperature field
Abstract
Cauchy and Green functions are used to investigate onedimensional wavelike heat transfer in infinite and semiinfinite media. Dirichlet and Neumann problems are formulated for the parabolic heat conduction equation, and the stabilization of the parabolic onedimensional temperature field is considered.
