Behaviour of electrical conductivity of epitaxial ZnO films during chemisorption of atoms and molecules of nitrogen and oxygen
Abstract
The behavior of electrical conductivity of epitaxial films of zinc oxide in an atmosphere of atoms and molecules of nitrogen and oxygen are investigated with the aid of a bridge circuit. The results are discussed taking into consideration some heterogeneous chemical processes accompanied by exchange of carriers between the surface and the volume of a solid body.
