Effect of impurities of vacancy type on properties of the classical dipole systems
Abstract
The classical three dimensional rigid dipole system containing vacancy type impurities is discussed. The equations for determination of the critical vacancy concentrations above which the phase transition of order-disorder type disappears in the system are obtained. These equations are solved approximately for three types of cubic lattices in the nearest neighbour interaction.
