A possibility for calculating effects of general relativity theory
Abstract
Three basic effects of general relativity are calculated in socalled isotropic coordinates with the aid of Hood's (1966) dssquared element. It turns out that the calculations yield the same expressions as obtained by means of the Schwarzschild dssquared element.
