A transistor model for the circuit analysis of MOS type integrated circuits

The paper contains all important informations about the theory of a MOS transistor model destined for computer programs compiled for analyzing and synthesizing integrated circuits. After introducing some simplifying assumptions the basic equations are derived first for a static model which is subsequently extended to cover the capacitances necessary for analyzing dynamic circuits. The paper also states the procedure of determining the parameters of the model derived in this way.
