Production of hybrid circuits. Overview of possible Danish production of hybrid microelectronic circuits. Results from a study visit to the USA arranged by the Danish electronic industry

The possibilities for starting up a Danish production of hybrid microelectronic circuits on a thick/thin film basis are considered. An orientation about the technical and economical aspects is also included. Problems such as marketing, initial investments, staff requirements, area requirements, as well as requirements for production rooms, equipment types, materials, etc. are also covered. The report is, among other things, based on a study tour to the U.S.A which was made in January 1975 for the purpose of obtaining experience about the hybrid technique in the U.S.A. today.
