Analysis of the temperature field of a semiconductor microcircuit
Abstract
A system of equations describing the unsteady temperature field in thermoelectric integrated circuit is derived, using a model in the form of a multilayer parallelepiped. It is shown that the adhesive layer between the crystal and the body of the circuit can have an appreciable effect on the relief of the crystal's temperature field.
