Investigation of zones of the secondary electron resonant discharge excited in a three-electrode system
Abstract
The excitation zones of the secondary electron resonant discharge in a three-electrode system containing two secondary emitters and transit anode situated between them are investigated for the case when the HF-voltage amplitude applied between one of the emitter and the anode is considerably less than the constant anode voltage. The conditions are determined under which one- or two-surface secondary electron resonant discharge is excited.
