Resistivity Phenomena in Plasmas with Strong Langmuir Turbulence
Abstract
We demonstrate that the collision integral for a plasma can be significantly changed by the presence of strong Langmuir turbulence. By means of a particular collision model it is shown that currents, which decay slowly in time, may exist.
