Transistor converters in the feed devices for radio electronic equipment
Abstract
The book develops the principles of the design of various types of converters used in the feed circuits of radio installations. The switching processes in the semiconductor devices in transistor invertors, rectifiers, pulsed stabilizers, and dc converters are analyzed, their operating characteristics in the range of frequencies from tens to hundreds of kilohertz are investigated, and their energy characteristics and dependence of their parameters on conversion frequency are determined. Basic means of stabilizing the output voltage of transistor converters are examined, and an example of the design of a typical radio feed device, including output stabilizers, dc converter, and input filter is carried out.
