Photometric investigations of the asteroids (43) Ariadne and (71) Niobe.
Abstract
The minor planets (43) Ariadne and (71) Niobe were observed photoelectrically. Computerized data reduction yielded an amplitude of 0.66 m for Ariadne and led to a rotation period of 5.760 hr. The rotation period of Niobe was determined to be 11.213 hr with an amplitude of 0.10 m.
