Research in integrated, high frequency communication circuits
Abstract
The report is a summary of research in High-frequency Communication integrated circuits. Many types of circuit functions have been investigated with the end goal of optimized design. Circuits include balanced quads with minimum temperature drift, AGC amplifiers with maximum dynamic range, high frequency monolithic oscillators and temperature in sensitive, monolithic, frequency selective amplifiers. A significant component of these research topics has been the use and development of sophisticated circuit simulators. (Modified author abstract)
