On finite-element analysis in fluid flow
Abstract
Recently, finite-element methods have been employed in fluid-flow problems as well as structural analysis. The present paper surveys recent developments of the method in the field of fluid dynamics. Numerical examples involving steady flow show good agreement with the analytical solutions.
