Three-channel spectrometer for study of high-temperature flames
Abstract
The optical layout and design of a three-channel spectrometer for the investigation of high-temperature combustion processes are described. A laser and a flat mirror are used for matching the flame zone under study with the operating field of the device. The operating spectral region of the polychromator is from 360 to 900 nm. Signals from the photomultiplier of up to 40 db can be recorded. An example of the recording of the contour of the mercury line at 546 nm wavelength is shown.
