Trinucleon properties from a complete solution of the Faddeev equations with the reid soft-core potential
Abstract
The trinucleon bound-state energy EB, wave function, and charge from factor are calculated from a complete solution of the Faddeev equations with the full Reid soft-core potential (RSCP). We find EB = 6.9 MeV, P(S)=89.58%,P(S') = 1.60%, P(D) = 8.77%, and P(P) = 0.05% in good agreement with the results of a previous calculation using only the 1S0, 3S1 - 3D1 components of the RSCP. The calculated Fch(Q2) of 3He has a minimum at about Q2 = 18 fm-2.
