Electric oscillating armature motor
Abstract
Design calculations for oscillating armature motors (synchronized vibrators) are presented. Numerous nomograms for important technical parameters are attached for evaluating possible construction designs. The effects of friction, air resistance, current temperature, and iron loss are not considered in performance predictions for motor designs.
