Determination of the correlation function of transformed sign processes
Abstract
The correlation function and correlation coefficient are determined for a certain random process whose mathematical expectation is the correlation coefficient of the signs of narrow-band Gaussian noise and of a reference noise with a frequency equal to the mid-band frequency of the noise energy spectrum. The correlation function is obtained in the form of an infinite series. The values of ten series coefficients are calculated.
