We calculate the evaporation processes of dirty ice particles with various size distributions surrounding early type stars. If the initial distribution function of the grain radius, a, is given by n(a)=n(0) exp ( 24a8), where a is in microns, the calculated interstellar absorption, after considering evaporation, processes, is consistent with the observed values in the directions of the Orion Nebula and the Orion Association.
