Bomb-produced tritium in the Antarctic Ocean
Abstract
Tritium measurements for twenty-four samples from the Antarctic Ocean are given. Results are discussed with respect to water mass types and previous measurements. High tritium concentrations are found in certain deep water masses, indicating an input of surface water into these masses in the last ten to twenty years.
