Regge behaviour for inclusive annihilation and decay processes

By exploiting annihilation processes it is shown that inclusive experiments are also relevant at low energies, if duality holds.

Questions concerning the Pomeron background relationship in this energy regime, can be studied by simple, feasible experiments, proposed in this note.
