Frequency Structure in Individual Strong Pulses of NP 0532
Abstract
Isolated, extremely intense single pulses from the pulsar in the Crab Nebula, NP 0532, were responsible for its early detection and continue to be interesting in themselves. This article is concerned with the properties of individual strong pulses observed at widely different radio frequencies and the feasibility of attempting to detect strong single pulses below 70 MHz.
