Coriolis interaction between ν8, ν10, and ν11 in the infrared spectrum of vinyl fluoride
Abstract
The infrared vibration-rotation spectrum of vinyl fluoride is reanalyzed in the 800-1000 cm -1 region. Second order Coriolis interaction makes it possible to fix the fundamentals ν8 and ν10 at 931.5 and 930.2 cm -1. For the Coriolis interaction constants we calculate | ζ810z| = 0.14 and | ζ811z| = 0.39.
