A Green Bank sky survey in search of radio sources at 1400 MHz. I. A spectral analysis of 5 C1 sources.

The NRAO 300-foot telescope has been used to make a survey of the sky at 1400 MHz in a 6 strip of declination between + and +51c.7 and between right ascension 7h17m and 16h23m This paper presents a map of the full survey and gives a brief description of the observations and the reduction procedure. The region of the survey that overlapped the 5C1 survey is also briefly discussed. A limiting flux density S = 0.09 x 10-8v W m-8 Hz-1 of the survey has been reached.
