Self-consistent, non-“muffin-tin” k·p- APW method
Abstract
A hybrid k·p-augmented plane wave method is proposed for the rapid computation of self-consistent energy bands and density-of-states functions, using k·p interpolation from the Brillouin zone center. Non-“muffin-tin” corrections are readily included.
