Relation Between Quasi-Stellar Radio Sources and Radio-Compact and Radio N Galaxies
Abstract
It is shown that as far as present observational evidence goes the quasi-stellar radio sources are roughly continuous in their properties, with high-redshift radio galaxies which are compact or have compact parts. This class of objects appears to define a line in the redshift-apparent magnitude diagram which has a steeper slope than that required by a redshift-distance relation for objects all of the same luminosity. It does not appear possible to interpret this deviation with present information
