Electron-electron, electron-positron, and electron-nucleus scattering are calculated in first Born approximation, including an anomalous interaction which defines the "anapole" and violates charge conjugation and parity conservation. An anapole produces longitudinal polarization in electron-nucleus scattering. Polarization effects in e--e+/- scattering are not calculated. The effect of anomalous electric and magnetic dipole moments are discussed briefly. The results are equally valid for muon scattering if the electron mass is replaced by the muon mass.
