Phenomenological approach to the theory of the nucleus
Abstract
A method of calculating nuclear processes is developed. In this method the observed quantities expressed in terms of several constants identical for all nuclei (except light ones) and for all types of transitions near the Fermi surface. Equations are obtained allowing the frequencies and probabilities of one-particle and collective transitions in nuclei to be expressed in terms of the constants of the theory.
