Anomalous High-frequency Resistance of Ferromagnetic Metals
Abstract
THE energy lost by a high-frequency current flowing in a conductor is dependent on the product of the electrical resistivity ρ and the magnetic permeability μ of the conductor, and this fact has been used by several investigators1,2,3 to determine the effective permeability of ferromagnetic metals at high frequencies.
