The Spectrum of the a2 Dwarf ∊ Serpentis

Wave-lengths and identifications are given for 244 lines in the spectrum of Serpen- tis between the limits XX 3997-4629. The elements definitely found to be present are: H, Mg i, Mg ii, (Al i), Si ii, Ca i, (Ca u), Ti ii, V ii, Cr i, Cr ii, Mn i, Fe i, Fe ii, Ni I, Ni n, Sr u, Vu, Zr ii, Ba ii, and La ii. The lines of Al i and Ca ii lie outside of the observed range. In addition to the elements listed, Sc n and Co i may be pres- ent
