Scaling theory of the metal-insulator transition in amorphous materials
Abstract
A scaling model is presented for the metal-insulator transition in amorphous materials which includes a localization, correlation, and screening. The model predicts a continuous phase transition at zero temperature with localized states and a correlation gap in the insulating phase.
