A method of calculating radiative heat diffusion in particle simulations
Abstract
The extension of the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method, a fully three-dimensional hydrodynamic code, to radiative heat diffusion problems is demonstrated. Improvements achieved with SPH are compared with the problems of other methods. One and three dimensional tests of the method are described.
