Fabrication of shape-stable composite phase change materials based on lauric acid and graphene/graphene oxide complex aerogels for enhancement of thermal energy storage and electrical conduction
Abstract
Graphene/graphene oxide complex aerogels were prepared as a supporter for PCMs. Lauric acid was impregnated into these complex aerogel to form the shape-stable composite PCMs. The composite PCMs obtained high electrical and thermal conduction. A good shape stability and high thermal energy-storage capability were achieved. The crystallization kinetics confirmed a prompt thermal response for the composite PCMs.
