Comment on the heavy/-->light form factors

We propose a simple parameterization for the form factors in heavy to light decays, which satisfies the heavy quark scaling laws and avoids introducing the explicit ``dipole'' form. The illustration is provided with the set of lattice data for /B-->π semileptonic decay. The resulting shape of the form factor also agrees with the QCD sum rule predictions.
