Emergent hypernetworks in weakly coupled oscillators
Abstract
Jupyter notebook (`Reconstruct_Hypergraph.ipynb`) computes the functions representing hypernetwork dynamics from the networks dynamics. It finds the triplet contributions in a pairwise network classified as resonant, non-resonant, and forbidden by a comprehensive theory showing that when a certain combination of resonant and non-resonant conditions are satisfied, hypernetworks can describe the phase dynamics of the original oscillator system. We also provide an example, and the necessary data is included in the repository. Any data file can be simply exchanged with the example data files. The data files should be in the same folder as the Jupyter notebook.
